He has a vast experience in the field of Securities Audit, Government Audit and other fields like Concurrent Audit, etc. He possess a rich experience in the fields of Corporate Consultancy and is practicing into the field of Consultancy to Stock Broking Firms. He is also a DISA Certificate holder which entails a qualification in the field of systems audit. He holds a Diploma in International Trade Laws. Again, he holds a Diploma in Cyber Laws with which he is well versed in the consultancy in related matters. He has advised leading multinational and transnational players, on complex issues like mitigating the impact of Income tax at both the Corporate as well as the Expatriate level.He is engaged in advisory and compliance services for Income tax, TDS and Service tax matters.Internal Audit Experience in Listed Manufacturing company.
